Account Management - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Objective: Build an account management page with a left sidebar to make it easier for administrators to manage accounts. UI Requirements: Left Sidebar: The sidebar should display a list of management sections like "Accounts," "Settings," "Notifications," etc. Each section can be expanded or collapsed. When the user clicks on the "Accounts" section, a list of accounts should appear on the main area of the page. Account List: When the "Accounts" section in the sidebar is clicked, the list of existing accounts should be displayed in the main area. This list should show basic account information such as name, email, active status, etc. Create Account Popup: When the "Create Account" button is clicked, a popup should appear allowing the admin to enter the necessary details to create a new account (e.g., name, email, password, role). After entering the details, the user can click "Save" to create the new account or "Cancel" to close the popup without saving changes. Main Features: Display a list of existing accounts.
