the form when click on add medication should containing that takes "medicine Name, medicine Type(like tablet,syrup,piils,etc,.), Dosage ,frequency, prescription details , no.of times(checkbox morning, Afternoon, Night), check box for time( before Meal , after meal also asks time below the selection of before or after) , Start Date, End Date. if user click on add medication button then it must be saved in medications page. The time should be directly related to no of checkboxes user checks. if user check 0ne checkbox then time must appear one time after the preference, if user clicks two checkboxes the thime should be two times , if user clicks three times the the time must be shown three times
