Affiliate Profile Page - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to create an ui component using react, bootstrap for my mern stack project for incorporating affiliate marketing for my website. my idea is like if a signed in user wants to become an affiliate with us, then first he should create an affiliate profile for himself. then he should get a referral link which should include his username also he shall get a coupon code, either of which he can share with his friends on different social media platforms. once a user signups in my website using either his referral link or his coupon code, the user shall be added in his referred users list forever. the users e mail id shall forever be under this affiliates referral link. Now if the user buys any subscription plan in my website, this should be tracked and updated in the affiliate's profile so that we can pay his 50% on each sale made by the users listed under his referred lists life long.
