Alarm Bar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create an alarm bar, to be placed below a top bar, which display a list of alarm events, from left to right, where the latest alarm event is placed on the left. It must be possible to scroll the list. Each alarm must be a box containing the name of the device, the name of the sensor and the date time when the event happened. Another information provided is the alarm severity, which will indicate the color of the box. Up to 5 levels must be available.
