Email Composer Component - Copy this Angular, Css Component to your project

Design a responsive Angular email composer component with the following features: "To" field: Multi select dropdown for choosing recipients. "CC" field: Initially hidden, revealed by toggling a button. Include a toggle to optionally add "Super Admin" to the CC list automatically. Subject: Standard input field for the email subject. Message Body: Rich text area (or a plain text area) for composing the email description/message. Attachments: Section for uploading and displaying file attachments (with remove option). Send Button: To trigger the email sending process. The form should support validation for required fields like “To” and “Subject”.
