Generate a navbar for my 3d animated portfolio website which will have cool 3d theme, and every component will have hover and pop up effect, the color scheme of the website should be #2E073F #7A1CAC #AD49E1 #EBD3F8 like this, The website will be fully responsive first I need a navbar which will be transparent but like a bubble it should feel the content inside it is in a bubble so it should be like bubble and on clicking anywhere on the navbar the bubble should pop and it will become 2D from 3D, there would be 3 buttons to the right linked in, github, contact me, these buttons would be of their theme, and will be 3d buttons, with awesome styling, so make this very cool navbar component make it the best you can and the ui should very interactive
