P D F Upload Form - Copy this Html, Bootstrap Component to your project

Create a responsive interface that is able to create a page for filling out a PDF. My idea is to have a page where I can upload a PDF. Once the PDF is uploaded, I need to be able to fill it out, adding labels that are anchored to the pages and able to keep in mind the page on which it was added (in the case of a PDF with multiple pages). It must be able to save the data in pixels of where the label was still on the PDF so that I can then actually apply that label to the PDF on the backend side once the save button is clicked.
