Water Fall Button - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Hi i want to do a button fall animation by using framer motion. i have div with h full w full and i want my button fall from top and it will stack in bottom its should be random it will feel like falling water from glass and the water fall to full bottom . animation should be start from top center and it will fall to all bottom and its should be dragable and if in drag touch with anything that should be drag like its touching its should very smooth
