Navbar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Design for me a navbar with the following requirement I want the logo to be in the middle and it represents the homepage and is focused by a circle like the circle will convex down like the navbar is straight but the place where the circle is focused will curve down, on the navbar there will be the following fields like "Information", "Event", "Service", Homepage logo, "Partner", "Customer", "Contact". The circle that is focusing on the homepage logo will move and focus on the field that I click on the navbar, for example if I click on "Information" it will move to focus on the "Information" field
