Charges List Popup - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Design a creative charges list popup in that it will disaply the list of charges like deivery facility and i also want to delete that charges using delete button and alsoo disaply gst there and two checkboxes name is isfixed and another one is potionsal and in input there it will disaply and also charges and also i can edit charges and using save icon or button and also i want this list to be fetch and disaply using api and i also wantg tp update checkboxed using api and also want to delete using api and also make new button in thata button tree input boxes one for chagres name and another for amount and gst and in new biutton two check box alaso i want and add button it should be desiable if user fill amount and name then it should be anable and alsoo it should send to the api data to add charges
