Chat Bubble - Copy this React, Mui Component to your project

Create a Chat Frame, when I click on the bubble icon at the bottom right in the UI, a Chat Frame will appear, the bubble icon is hidden below the Chat Frame. This frame always shows in the UI, so I can use the other feature in the web page. The frame is only close when I click on the minimize icon. And the chat bubble icon is shown again after I close the frame. The frame chat can be resized using the mouse drag the TOP LEFT corner, and it will be expanded to the left side. Please note that the bubble icon can be moved any where in the UI, but the default it is placed at the bottom right
