Chat Application - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want the plus button to be to the left of the message input and i want the proposal to appear individually with out it being apart of proposals list so after I create a proposal if i chat i want that to be displayed and if i create another proposal i want it to appear on the bottom in it's own container. Also add a search bar below active chats
