Clicker Game - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I'm creating a clicker game. A coin clicker with a digital wallet and more, all on one page. Your job is to create the structure and layout of the game, so that I can then write my script. Create the HTML and Tailwind CSS version of the project and be sure to prepare it to pin a future script that makes the game work.
