Member Dashboard - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

The communications section was removed in the last iteration. Can you please re-add the communications section as you had it previously. Please also make the new banner section at the top narrower and have the checklist items in two columns (but reverting to a single column when viewed in mobile format).
