Timeline - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to create company timeline ,, here divided the main div with the centre one line and here i want that 2021 and 2023 div is left side of the line an the 2022 and 2024 div is right side of the line .. here i also want if i scroll down one color is fill the line based on the scroll ,, the color will come the line based on the scroll down .. if i scroll down the 2021 to 2022 then the color will come the line 2021 to 2022 like everthing
