User Story 1: Creating and Editing Course Sections (For Instructors and Administrators) As an instructor or administrator, I want to be able to create and edit sections in my course on the same screen to easily manage and organize content without navigating away. Acceptance Criteria: Instructors and administrators can click the “Create Section” button to open a form for creating a new section. The new section form requires a section title, and this field is mandatory. Administrators can edit or delete sections created by instructors, including changing the section title. After clicking “Save,” the system displays a success message like "Section created/edited successfully." If the title is empty, the system displays an error message like “Section title cannot be empty.” Instructors can only edit or delete sections they created, while administrators can edit all sections in the system. Users can cancel the action of creating or editing a section by clicking the “Cancel” button.
