Create a New BOM Feature

Design a web based user interface for a "Create a New BOM" feature with the following components: Main UI Layout: BOM Creation Section: A form to create a new BOM ID. A blank table with headers: "Item No", "MPN", "Quantity", "Reference Designators". The first row should be an empty row for item no. 1. Item numbers should auto increment, and should not be editable. Cells for MPN, Quantity, and Reference Designators should be inline editable. A '+' icon should be placed in the second row for users to add new rows to the table. Component Selection (if MPN is unknown): Display an option for "Component Selection" next to the MPN field if MPN is not known. Redirect users to the Component Selection Tool that includes: My Favorites List Customer Inventory (COIN) Options for Parametric Search, MPN Search, and Description Search. Validation Workflow: After adding components, a "Validate" button should check for issues. Highlight issues in red, with an option to edit and re validate. Provide confirmation messages for valid entries. Side Menu/Navigation: Include a menu or sidebar with options to access: Dashboard Home Screen Previously Saved BOMs Additional Functionalities: Display BOM ID and Part Number/Project Name at the top of the page. Provide a Save BOM button that allows users to save their work. Include an Export to Excel button to download the BOM. Show pricing details if available. Include Technical Assistance Service and AI Assistance buttons for support. UI Preferences: Add a toggle bar for light/dark mode. Ensure that the design is responsive and supports mobile view. User Notifications: Display confirmation messages or alerts for actions like saving or validation success/failure.
