Contract Type Selector Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a modal component that has a heading as Create a New Contract and a short description at the top, below that, a radio card buttons to select the contracts, for example, blank contracts, employee contracts, and company y contracts. Each card should have a related icon, a heading, a short description, and a radio button. Below those cards, a continue button should be present. Add a close button at the top of the componet.
