Project Creation Form - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I have a navbar and a link called create project, when i click a popup box appears, contain 4 fields with create project heaaing, first field is project name, second is project discription, catagory dropdown as fullstack, frontend, backend, and the 4th field is tags, like python, django, spring boot, react, angular, and these can also suggest on user search, and these tags are shown as a badge under this field, and than a createrpoject button. Also give me to handle api for this. The box should be in center of the page having equal difference from every side.
