Layout Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Implement a CRUD modal for setting up new layouts. Include input fields for layout name and description, and a preview area. Add a Save Layout button and a Cancel button that simply hides the CRUD modal. Add a proper target button and give it functionality so that when I click the button, it should open the CRUD modal again
