With everything that you have done i want yiou to build me a full teachers evaluation website that i will deploy on netlify. use severlis fucntion. store data as a csv file and let me keep it on my pc and have the website pull the information from my pc when needed. i want a beautiful landing page that serves as the hub then i want al evaluation page. a reporting page here the evaluation should by ready in text from there you should be able to print it out save as pdf and add to database in the form of csv file this mus also be beautiful . and lastly it should be the KPI and and overview. with charts and print to pdf. also the personal report that th evaluator will upload to the database after the evaulation will show here. also create a page where evaluator can pull a teachers evaluation to add the personal report and edit the evalution and save it again.
