customer and support should be able to chat, and once customer sends the issue message and, then the issue will be searched in knowledge base in backend using python function, once answer found it will be replied on cutomer chat, in case of answer not found, the issue will go to support chat, and support will answer that manually and along with that those issue and answer will be saved in knowledge base using python backend function,
