Features & Requirements: 1. Form Builder: Implement a drag-and-drop interface where users can add different types of form fields: Text Input Number Input Date Picker Checkbox Dropdown Select Radio Buttons Allow users to set properties for each field (e.g., label, placeholder, required/optional, default value). Users should be able to: Reorder fields. Remove fields. Customise the form title and description. 2. Form Sharing: Once a form is created, users should be able to save it and generate a shareable link (unique URL). Anyone with the link should be able to fill out the form. Ensure form links are uniquely generated for each form (e.g., using UUID or short URLs) 3. Form Submission: Users who fill out the form should be able to submit their responses. Store the submissions in a database, including the form ID and the filled data. Form creators should be able to: View all submissions of their form. Export submissions as a CSV file. 4. Frontend Features: A dashboard for users to: View all their created forms. Edit an existing form. Delete a form. View form submission stats (e.g., total submissions, recent submissions).
