Dark Themed Page - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to create a dark themed web page in HTML using the Twillian framework and any useful JavaScript library. The page should feature a central photo containing a face and four buttons on the sides: one for contacts, one for projects, one for news, and one that leads to login. When a button is pressed, the central photo should look towards the button. All content activated by the buttons must be in page; there should be no loading or page changes.
