Dashboard - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a dashboard that includes two menu items on the left side bar. One is Your PDF that will contain a pdf uplaod button and a chat message bar that will appaer underneath the uploaded docs where the user can chat with the docs using Openai. tHE SECOND MENU BUTTON is Youtube URL WITH A form where the user can p aste a youtube url and the Youtube video will be shown as embedded and underneat the youtube video the user will have a chat message function to chat and ask questtions on the video.
