Department Tasks - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create me a section of "Department Task" , which shows ongoing Tasks of various departments. There are 3 departments , and each have 3 task.So design the UI very nicely and remeber my Background is white ! so give something which would look good !actually thus will be in my HomePage , beautify the css and write dept name on left and righ hand side will have 3 tasks, and same for remaining two
