Generate Random String - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a list that can be rearanged with draggble items that can be put between 2 items of the list. The list should be shown around a pill shape, with the last and the first element next to each other. I want a button that add a element and a button that delete a element from the list. the list shoud be composed of random "word" that can be a random string. I want the list to be like a pill/stadium shape vertically. the shape should adapt the number of element in the list. I want the items to be resorted draggable around the form of a pill shape, not inside.
