Navbar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Design for me a navbar with the following requirement I want the logo to be in the middle and it represents the homepage and is focused by a half circle but the radius of this circle is larger than the height of the navbar, on the navbar there will be the following fields such as "Information", "Event", "Service", Homepage logo, "Partner", "Customer", "Contact". The circle that is focusing on the homepage logo will move and focus on the field that I click on the navbar, for example I click on "Information" then it will move to focus on the "Information" field
