Responsive Grid Layout - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

you can see the Edit Layout button when i click on that button i can edit icon of the grids and title of the grids and also position of the block and drag and drop whole card to up down and also strechable resposive when i strech it should be automatically set and make it space properly so please give me proper code with guide because i am new in react so always give me full code with commands and directory strcuture
