Creat for me an elearnig website that provide courses and give me a webpage that have a sliding nav bar and a bar under the header to be for the subscrubed coursess and under the subscribed courses a boxes of any other course in webpage that is not subscribed courses and I want this section to be sliding right and left if there are more than two courses and I want in this section to make one more choice to slide down and show wich country and witch university and wich collage that want to searsh for and at the end of the page add a fotter
