You Tube Video Player - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to develop an english learning LMS website using ASP.net. I have visual studio 2022. please guide to create a page in which list of youtube videos link is at the left in the side bar when user clicks the link corrosponding videio will be shown/played automatically at the right side pane. the links of videos are fetched from database table . so guide me about database setup and connection too. please give me detailed steps to perform the functionality mentioned.
