Full Screen Error - Copy this Html, Bootstrap Component to your project

Design an error page which will accept 2 props error, resetErrorBoundary, it should span the full width and height of the page, also, it should have a button at the end. The first message should be 'Oops! Something went wrong' . The second message should be the error passed as prop and if there is no error, it should display a default message, after that there should be a button named Try Again. Background of the entire component should be blakish.
