Listen i wan't to create page for the form for the event , this page should look good should be futuristic in looking , and should be responsive for all the mobile , tab , desktop also , there will be 2 pages in this page , 1st page will be where we will show the name of the event at the top , and below it we will show the images slide show , there can be any amount of images there , and below it we will show the description for the event , and there should be timing below with start date to end date , this is our company color scheme please make sure you use it text [#B197FC] some where or hint of it , and make this page look good , and at below show a button fill the forms , when user will click on it than redirect to the another page , where we will show a form name , email , phone number , with validations, and there will be another place from where user can select the available slots , as there is multiple slots available for differnt days, so date wise show collapsable window , from where user can select time slot, show like different slots like chinemahall ticket system like event is on 26 oct and 27 oct , and 10AM to 1PM, and each show is for 20 min , user can select a seat again one slot so one slot will be of 20 min , user can select one slot and there are 4 counters for in each 20 min so 4 user can book in one time slots because of coutner , i home you got it , and make it look good , with submit button, and on successful submit show a tankyou popup message , and make it look good , please make it look better than my imagination , it should look modern and add animation and make it look modern futuristic design
