Listen i wan't to create page for the form for the event , this page should look good should be futuristic in looking , and should be responsive for all the mobile , tab , desktop also , there will be 2 pages in this page , 1st page will be where we will show the name of the event at the top , and below it we will show the images slide show , there can be any amount of images there , and below it we will show the description for the event , and there should be timing below with start date to end date , and make this page look good , and at below show a button fill the forms , when user will click on it than redirect to the another page , where we will show a form name , email , phone number , with validations, with submit button, and on successful submit show a tankyou popup message , and make it look good , please make it look better than my imagination , it should look modern and add animation and make it look modern futuristic design , please make it look beautiful, and use beautiful icons , and design element in this page so this page looks good ,
