Feedback System - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to have a feedback system ui where users can input these fields "Name, Issue, image, video, concern level" after submitting this form, user shoudld also see their feeback tickets as "ongoing". admin then process their feedbacks and can even comment on it or mark status as "resolved"
