Initial Tickets - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Thanks, please add a filter widget to both sections. User should be able to filter by ticket type (eg maintenance tickets, move in tickets, platform tickets) , or by house communications posting type, ie posts made by housemates, posts made by splitspace team, posts made by Property Manager (please rename property manager to Host). Please add some more housemate posts by different housemates. Please also add a date filter to the posts, and add an age to each post in days (eg if a post was made 5 days ago, please add a '5d' to the right side of the post. Please only show the exact post date and time when the user clicks on a post to expand it
