Home Dashboard - Copy this Angular, Css Component to your project

Hi I would like to generate a home page. On this home page I want to have an h1 to say "Welcome David". Below that, I require 4 navigation buttons, two columns, two rows. Title and Description as card items/links. Bookings Description, Voyages Description, Admin Description and Friendships Description. These would be centered in the page below the h1 heading.
