Image Thumbnail Selector with Upload Feature

Build a page which will show a list of image thumbnails, where user can select any of them. If none is selected then user can upload his/her own custom images using multi image uploaders. Once Uploaded it will also have list of image thumbnails. Every image thumbnail will have preview where user can see actual image.
