Policy Grid - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a grid with a list of policies dedicated to: vehicles, life, houses, with the columns: icon type, policy name, client, insurance item, insurance company, policy code, init date and end date in a same column and put an arrow in the middle, with a more actions button at the end. Add a searchbar at the top to filter the rows by its content.
