Image Carousel - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Generate a set of interactive images displayed in a row, moving one after another in a smooth, animated manner. Each image should have a cool hover effect: when hovered over, the image will slightly zoom in and be overlaid with a transparent green tint. This green tint should have a smooth transition and contain a short text describing the image. After a few seconds of hovering, a subtle 'add' icon will appear at the center of the image. When the user clicks on this icon, the image will zoom in further, centered on the screen, and the background will fade into a semi transparent black. The animation should feel fluid and engaging, creating a modern, interactive experience.
