Inventory Edit Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Design a CRUD modal for editing inventory items. Include a barcode scanner and input fields for item details. Add an Update Item button and a Cancel button that clears the form fields. Ensure that the CRUD modal opens by default. Additionally, make sure there is a target button in the center of canvas, and if clicked the modal should open again.
