Build a job board candidate listing , left side should be filters based on experience etc.. top should have search options and the candidttes listing should be 3 column card shoind candidate inforation . the page should e inside a master layour with header and footer. Creae an api and integration layer api layer will call backend api for now it will return dummy data and the integration layer will convert api json to react interanl object to comsume
