New Zealand Job Portal for Jobseekers and Employers

I am in the process of creating a new Web app similar to Linkdin but this will be for the New Zealand Market. There should be two set of people using the system, first one is the Jobseekers looking for Job and the Second is the Employees looking for talent. The Jobseekers will be able to create their profile (But no personal contact details will be displayed)and make their profile available for all the employers. They will also be able to apply for any jobs listed by any of the employer. Once the employee apply for a role then this process comes through our back end staff and short list these candidates for the role and do the initial screening for the employer. Once the initial screening is completed then the backend staff will forward the details to the employer for their interview scheduling. The jobseekers should have access to their profile section where they can edit their profile and update their skills and all other details. Then again employers will have their own login and portal where they can publish their vacancies and manage the application forwarded by the backend staff. They should also have different options available according to their subscription tariff. Basic features should be free. Once the employer has scheduled the final interview and a candidate is marked as successful then they should be able to generate the offer for them. Generate the main page, employer page and jobseeker pages.
