Project Description I want to create a mobile application where brokers can find laborers in their surrounding area, similar to how Ola allows users to find cabs. The app will have two main user roles: Labour (Worker) and Finder (Broker). The user experience needs to be simple, intuitive, and responsive, especially for laborers who may be uneducated. The design should focus on ease of use, clear icons, minimal text, and seamless interaction. Key Features Labour (Worker) Side: Login/Signup: Simple login with OTP (phone number only), and signup with basic details (name, phone, and skills). Dashboard: Labourers will see two options: 'Available Jobs' and 'Earnings.' The dashboard should be icon driven and easy to navigate. Job Listings: A list of available jobs with large 'Accept' or 'Decline' buttons. Earnings: A simple page showing total earnings and job payment history. Finder (Broker) Side: Login/Signup: Login with phone number or email, and signup with basic details (name, phone, and company). Dashboard: Options for 'Find Laborers,' 'Active Jobs,' and 'Job History,' with an Ola style 'Find Laborers' option. A map based view should show available laborers nearby with real time locations. Job Request: Brokers can post job requests with details like job type, location, number of laborers needed, and payment offered. Active Jobs: Displays ongoing jobs with job status and the option to close jobs. Job History & Payments: Shows completed jobs, laborer ratings, and payment history. General Requirements Responsive Design: The UI must be responsive and mobile first, with high quality, professional design across different devices (mobile, tablet). Intuitive UX: Simple navigation with minimal text, relying on icons and visual cues. Technologies: Preferably developed using Flutter or React Native for cross platform support (iOS and Android). Backend & Database: Secure backend with user authentication (OTP for laborers), job management, and payment integration
