Language Learning Management System

I want to develop an english learning LMS website using ASP.net. I have visual studio 2022. please guide to create a page in which list of youtube videos link is at the left in the side bar when user clicks the link corrosponding videio will be shown/played automatically at the right side pane. the links of videos are fetched from database table . so guide me about database setup and connection too. please give me detailed steps to perform the functionality mentioned.i want navbar with heading Language Learning Management System and logout button with user name
