Responsive Layout with Fixed Header and Footer

Create a layout that has a field with 11 characters at the top and a button next to it or below it. And a list below it where each line has a thumbnail image, a phrase, and a quantity. The quantity should be a field where the heat can be changed or removed. Below the list there should be a save list button. The button and field area should be fixed at the top. The save button should be fixed in the footer. Only the list should scroll.
