Mangetsu - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Make an ui containing a navbar at the top having title "Mangetsu" at the left and a searchbar at the right and in the main body make a slider containing minimum of 5 of trending mangas and aslo make a section of highest rated mangas below the slider. i need a categories section showcasing manga from these three categories:shoenen,romance,drama.
