Location Selector - Copy this Angular, Tailwind Component to your project

Can you generate me a card component where we can do the following things. The point of the card that certain locations for medical examinations come out of it and can be selected. The following parts should be on the card: - an option to only show locations that the customer reserved - a selector for what town/city and in what radius the search should be done - in some cases a switch that says to only include locations where their own docter is stationed - a list op locations to choose from The card should be collapsable and then the chosen locations should be in the collapsed header.
