Default Component - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

the edit function is not working while clicking on pen symbol and when i want to add a new madication by clicking the plus icon it is not working make them work like if i click on the plus icon it should Show a popup box containing form for adding medication with details like "name, dosage, time, from date, end date,etc. and when i click on edit icon it should open a dialog box with already existed details like "name, dosage,time"
