Note Component - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Design a component, where a user can draw or write to take notes during a meeting, and the notes should be saved automatically every few seconds to a backend if changed, and should be stored there. The user should be able to create a new note and start taking it, and should also be able to retrieve and edit previous notes.
